I was looking for someone to help me as I am suffering chronic anxiety and tinnitus due to recent sudden hearing loss. I found Kate who explained to me how tapping therapy works and may be able to assist me. From our first conversation I knew I was in the right hands. Kate has a very special and unique way of making you feel heard and connected, just like a friend, caring but also professional.
I had never experienced tapping before however Kate made me feel so at ease and safe. At our first session my anxiety was at about an 8, after our session it was down to a 3. I had no idea how beneficial tapping could be. I have continued to have a weekly session with Kate which I so look forward to and Kate always completes our session with tools I can use during the week to help myself. I’m so thankful I have found Kate; our sessions have already been such a help for me.
